Delivery Timeframe
Orders placed by 1:00 PM Japan Time (JST), Monday through Friday, will be shipped the same day.
Orders placed on weekends or Japanese public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days.
Please note that due to temporary restrictions in certain countries (such as Russia), we may be unable to process some orders.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only if the item you received is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Only unused and unworn items with all original tags attached are eligible for return or exchange.
If you wish to return an item for personal reasons, all shipping and handling costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
In the case of defective or incorrect items, we will cover all associated return shipping costs.
