Duties & Customs
Depending on the regulations of each country, import duties and clearance fees may apply.
All shipments to the U.S. will also be subject to customs duty assessment. However, please note that for U.S. deliveries, any duties and clearance fees will be covered by our store, so you can shop with confidence without additional charges.
How to Get Free Shipping
Normally, shipping fees apply to all orders, but for a limited time, orders of $100 or more will ship for free.
Details will be displayed at checkout, and the discount will be applied automatically.

Available payment methods: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, and Google Pay.
Packaging
Your order will be carefully wrapped and shipped.
To prevent damage, all items are placed in a protective plastic bag.
We deliver the joy of shopping at miel, directly from Japan.
Shipping
・Due to temporary restrictions in certain countries (such as Russia), we may not be able to process some items.
・Orders placed by 1:00 PM (JST), Monday through Friday, will be shipped the same day.
・Orders placed on weekends and Japanese national holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
・We aim to ship within 1–2 business days.

We are unable to accept cancellations after an order has been confirmed.
Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.
If there is an error in the shipping address, please contact us at info@mielshop.net as soon as possible.
Please note that we cannot change the address after the order has been shipped.
Any additional shipping fees incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

Refund policy
RETURNS/EXCHANGE
We accept returns or exchanges only if the item you received is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered.
If you experience any of these issues, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
Please note that only unused and unworn items with all original tags attached are eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return,
and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your credit card company
to process and post the refund too.
Regarding sizes, we have a size chart available (which is displayed on the product page and near the cart). Please be sure to check the size chart before placing your order.
