Depending on the regulations of each country, import duties and clearance fees may apply.

All shipments to the U.S. will also be subject to customs duty assessment. However, please note that for U.S. deliveries, any duties and clearance fees will be covered by our store, so you can shop with confidence without additional charges.The $800 purchase price limit has been removed.

How to Get Free Shipping

Normally, shipping fees apply to all orders, but for a limited time, orders of $100 or more will ship for free.
Details will be displayed at checkout, and the discount will be applied automatically.

Packaging

Your order will be carefully wrapped and shipped.
To prevent damage, all items are placed in a protective plastic bag.
We deliver the joy of shopping at miel, directly from Japan.

Shipping

・Due to temporary restrictions in certain countries (such as Russia), we may not be able to process some items.
・Orders placed by 1:00 PM (JST), Monday through Friday, will be shipped the same day.
・Orders placed on weekends and Japanese national holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
・We aim to ship within 1–2 business days.
・Our business day calendar is available on Instagram (@miel.japan). Please check for details.

We are unable to accept cancellations after an order has been confirmed. 
Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.
If there is an error in the shipping address, please contact us at info@mielshop.net as soon as possible.
Please note that we cannot change the address after the order has been shipped.
Any additional shipping fees incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
