and customs duties, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
We make every effort to ship the item, but if the item is scratched or dirty,
or if it is different from your order,
please contact us within 2 days after the item arrives.
Merchandise eligible for return must be in the same condition
as when it was received by the customer, unworn and unused.
It must be unused or unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging.
