This French linen skirt from ichi Antiquités has such a beautiful character, and I especially love the contrast between its deep Khaki shade and the soft, flowing silhouette.
Made from 100% French linen, the fabric has a wonderfully rich texture and a natural, subtle luster. Despite the generous amount of fabric, the skirt feels surprisingly light and comfortable to wear.
What makes this skirt particularly special to me is the beautiful volume created by its double-layered construction.
The soft cotton lining adds a gentle fullness beneath the French linen, giving the skirt an airy, softly rounded silhouette. As you walk, the two layers move naturally together, creating such a lovely sense of movement. The lining also provides comfortable coverage without worrying about sheerness.
And one detail I especially love is the gathered waistband.
The delicate gathers create a subtle, almost ruffled effect, making the waistline beautiful enough to show. I love tucking in a simple T-shirt, blouse, or soft knit to let this little detail become part of the outfit.
