The pattern with a motif of stems and flowers is expressed on a thin 80 count cotton voile fabric by "block printing", a traditional technique inherited from the AJRAK village in Gujarat, India, in which a hand-carved wooden plate is used and printed on the fabric by hand-pressing.
The two-color print on the outline and the petals of the flowers gives the garment a hand-pressed warmth.
The entire waist is elasticized and adjustable with ties.
The relaxed, loose silhouette is comfortable to wear without any tightness.
