Crafted from Banshu-ori cotton slowly woven in Nishiwaki City, Hyogo, this blouse is made using rare vintage power looms that are still in operation today. Only a small amount of fabric can be produced each day, prioritizing texture and softness over efficiency.
With every wash, the fabric gently fills with air, becoming softly billowed and increasingly comfortable against the skin. The longer it is worn, the more it develops a familiar, vintage-like feel—naturally aging into a piece that feels truly your own.
Vintage lace detailing at the neckline, front placket, and cuffs adds a refined presence while keeping the sweetness restrained. Hidden along the inside of the placket and cuffs, the subtle red selvedge line appears briefly with movement or washing—a quiet accent that adds a touch of playfulness to the design.
The silhouette features generous room through the sleeves for a relaxed, effortless feel. Beautiful worn on its own, it also layers easily with jackets, coats, or knitwear.
