What I love about this jacket is the cotton-wool fabric — it has just the right balance of structure and softness. The collarless design keeps things clean and simple, which makes it lovely for layering as the season moves into autumn: wrap a stole around your neck, or add a turtleneck underneath, and you've got a beautiful look right at the collar.

The rounded, oversized buttons on the front give this otherwise simple piece a bit of quiet charm. It's clean and complete worn on its own, yet opens up to more layering possibilities as the weather turns. The gingham check comes in two colorways: khaki x charcoal, and beige x orange.
