Duties & Customs

Depending on the regulations of each country, import duties and clearance fees may apply.

Starting August 29, 2025, all shipments to the U.S. will also be subject to customs duty assessment. However, please note that for U.S. deliveries, any duties and clearance fees will be covered by our store, so you can shop with confidence without additional charges.

How to Get Free Shipping

Shipping normally applies to all orders under $100, but for a limited time, it’s free when you spend $100 or more.
Details will be shown at checkout, and the shipping discount will be applied automatically.

Packaging

Your order will be carefully wrapped and shipped with a special original gift from miel.
To prevent damage, all items are placed in a protective plastic bag.
We deliver the joy of shopping at miel, directly from Japan.

Shipping

Due to temporary restrictions in certain countries (such as Russia), we may not be able to process some items.
Orders placed by 1:00 PM (JST) Monday through Saturday will be shipped the same day.
We are closed on Wednesdays, Sundays, and some Tuesdays (Japan time).
Orders placed on holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
We aim to ship within 1-2 business days.

We are unable to accept cancellations after an order has been confirmed.
Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.
If there is an error in the shipping address, please contact us at info@mielshop.net as soon as possible.
Please note that we cannot change the address after the order has been shipped.
Any additional shipping fees incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
